To reserve a mediation session, please select from any of the available dates and time slots. A quick online appointment request will collect contact details and case information. Once a booking has been submitted and the Mediation Agreement has been signed by counsel for all parties, we will be in touch as quickly as possible.

Hourly Rate

$280 per hour @ minimum of 3 hours.

Scheduling Information

To reserve a mediation session, follow these steps:

1. Select an available date and time slot for your session.

2. Complete the mediation intake form with your contact details and case information.

3. The person booking the mediation session will receive a confirmation email with the session details.

Both the Plaintiff’s and Defendant’s attorneys will receive a Mediation Agreement, which must be signed and dated via DocuSign.

Once the agreement has been signed by counsel on behalf of themselves and their clients, an invoice will be emailed for each parties’ share of the initial 3-hour block.

Payment may be made electronically via Apple Pay or credit card directly from the invoice, or by mailing your firm’s check.

Any additional time and/or costs will be billed by a separate invoice once services are completed.

Before the mediation, I will reach out to arrange a brief phone conference with counsel.

The default setting is for remote mediation. If you prefer an in-person session, I am happy to travel to your requested location. Please email me at dan@driscollresolutions.com to arrange this.
